Il nostro condominio di sabbia di Nubian è nell'esclusiva comunità di Sugar Beach Condominium. Godrai di splendide viste sulla spiaggia libera e colorato fogliame tropicale.

Questa posizione tranquilla, pattugliata per la sicurezza, si trova vicino a Christiansted, al centro commerciale Sunny Isles ea 20 minuti dall'Henry E. Aeroporto di Rohlsen. La bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca è letteralmente a pochi passi dal tuo condominio dove puoi nuotare, fare snorkeling o costruire quei castelli di sabbia dai tuoi sogni.

Nubian Sand dispone di una camera da letto con una camera da letto king size, un bagno completo, doccia, aria condizionata centralizzata, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, TV da 55 pollici T. nel soggiorno e 50 pollici nella camera da letto.

Fantastic place

We had no issues checking in. The place was very nice and we utilized the amenities and they were excellent. Plus Ginger the mascot was a wonderful greeter. Highly recommend and will book again.

Great ocean views

We really enjoyed the location right on the beach. It was great they cleared seaweed every day unlike some of the adjacent properties. The condo looked just like the pictures. The host was quick to repsond. Our favorite spot was the back balcony.

Lovely

Property is awesome watching the sunrise each morningThe shower handel is broken fell right off once, one of the light switchs in the bathroom also broken and falling offWhen We arrived the AC & hot water were NOT on after a couple days We noticed this and being Owners of a HVAC company in upstate NY My Husband was able to turn the AC on I'm sure the AC & the Hot Water were suppose to be on and someone did NOT do their job. The gate to the beach code We received was incorrect the lock box number We received also was incorrect. The sliding door to the balcony was off the tract and My Husband alo fixed that. We changed the batteries in the clock and to Our shock...the clock does not work. Other than that St.Croix is beautiful

Location is everything!

The unit is right on a private beach. There is lots of breeze which keeps the place cool. Christiansted is close as are grocery stores! Great place!

Great Place

I would definitely stay here again. Great location and prompt responses from the host when needed. The thermostat was not accessible. The unit has AC throughout. It was slightly warm when we arrived but we were quite cold after a day or two.

Very nice property. Enjoyed the option of full A/C in the unit or stepping on the spacious balcony. Close to grocery stores and downtown Christiansted. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach…

The people in the complex were very nice and extremely helpful about where to eat and where to go. However, the owner was not as much. When we arrived to the property it was very dirty (trash under the bed, hair in shower, poop in toilet, crumbs in sink, etc. instead of fixing the issues she argued with me about the place being cleaned.

Perfect Paradise

Beautifully decorated, complimentary snacks & toiletries, quiet & peaceful surroundings and the most amazing views with the ocean literal steps from your door. Super nice host that was very quick to respond to any questions we had! Already looking forward to returning in the future!

View is Priceless...Soothes the Soul

This Condo was perfect for my 50th Birthday Vacay with my Hubs. The view is just so beautiful and mezmorizes you which makes it very hard to leave the balcony. Inside is just as perfect. It really has everything you need (the only thing missing was a box of tissues) The host was very easy to communicate with when neede. The pool is amazing and it's location to the condo is so convenient. The beach and snorkeling is just as great. We did explore alot of the Island but still have more to do on our next trip. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Anniversary Trip

The condo is beautiful 😍 Everything you need is equipped dishes, pans, fridge stove microwave etc. we did not rent a car we took a taxi everywhere. Host recommended The Bombay for out anniversary dinner and it was delicious. I contacted the property manager for any concerns and she answered all of them . Very clean and right off the beach . Host also told us to go to Pueblo grocery/Liquor store and it had whatever we needed . They are pricey though . Visit the boardwalk while here very nice . We also did a 2 hour boat ride through Big Beards only $80.00 for two of us . We stayed 6 days and 5 nights . Definitely worth it !!!!

Inaccurate description, run down, not clean, unwashed linens, lipstick stains on drinking cups

We checked in and dropped off our bags around noon. We did not inspect the condo, but at a quick glance it looked fine. At 8pm we returned (no longer daylight). We made dinner (kitchen supplies were good) and then my husband went to look for the bed where the advertised 3rd person could sleep. We discovered that there was not a pull out couch or air mattress. If a property lists that it sleeps 3, there should be a bed for all 3 people. Upon contacting the property manager she initially apologized and said the listing should say 2 people and that it is normally meant for couples, there was not a bed for all 3 people. She said that someone should either sleep on the couch or buy an air mattress from Walmart. As we paid a lot for 4 nights, including a specific fee for a 3rd guest (with no bed) this was not a reasonable option for our family for 4 nights. I asked if we could stay there for the current night and be refunded for the remaining 3 nights to find a place that accommodated sleeping for 3 on beds. The property manager refused, stating that the property was advertised correctly and one person can sleep on the couch. Then we put our sleepy child to bed in the king bed without ever turning on the lights. If you have a child, you can understand a child being too young to sleep on the couch, meaning my husband or I would need to sleep on the couch for 4 nights. My husband slept on the couch. During the night I rolled over and stuck my hand in something dried and crusty on the sheet. I turned on my phone flashlight and found a dried white smear on the sheet. I tried not to think about that too much and decided to further assess once my son was awake. The ceiling fan also sounded like an airplane propeller. In the morning with the lights on, we discovered there were 3 white crusty stains on the blue sheets of the bed, one about 7 inches long right in the middle where my son slept and the other two about 3 inches in diameter and on to the side of the bed where I slept. In reporting this to the property manager, she claimed I was making it up to get my money back and that an inspection is done before renting (probably not including the sheets). This is my word versus the property manager but I would think twice before renting this condo. Other issues: lipstick on “clean” glassware, water stained ceilings, torn screens, sliding doors broken. We left after the first night and stayed at Taramind Reef Resort (good!!) despite the sunk cost of this condo.

Wonderful beach front apartment!

This was our best stay by far in the Virgin Islands! The beach view was breathtaking. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable and the basket of extras- snacks, wine and spirits were so enjoyed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Feels like a private beach

Great condo! We will book again soon. There was never more than 2 or 3 other people on the beach or at the pool. Condo well stocked. There was even a little basket of goodies waiting for us when we arrived. Christiansted is only a 30 min walk. 2 restaurants at the condos next door, I suggest Coral sea cafe. The last thing please fix the squeaky fan in the bedroom.

Best property manager ever!

We had some snaffoo’s with a few things that were not at all due to condo being unkempt or not equivalent to listing. Each time I emailed the property manager, she got back to me immediately and followed up with me. Also, the location of the condo is great! Only real complaints include “clicking” noise from ceiling fans and bed mattress too soft for my taste. Overall, would definitely rent again.
