“We stayed in Villa C and it was fantastic. Very spacious rooms and a fantastic semi outdoor private onsen bath and shower. Lots of amenities provided to take as needed. We didn’t see any people at all at the property. The beds were big and soft. You do hear a lot of trains, however we used the supplied ear plugs and slept fine. Paid parking on the property. “The overall vibe of the hotel is kind of lived in and quiet. It definitely needs a little update here and there while still being able to preserve the aesthetic of Japan culture and touches. There was only one other guest staying but for some reason it showed as completely booked out. “I am sorry I can’t give good recommendation for this property, the cleanliness of the room was terrible causing me to have rashes on my skin due to allergic reaction. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, luckily the weather was just nice outside so we keep our windows open for the night. The con is that the location is great, just a few minutes walk to the lake, plus there is a 7-11 right in front of the hostel. ”
