“Stanze appena ristrutturate e bellissime. Tutte le comodità, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale. Non ha parcheggio e bisogna parcheggiare nel parcheggio pubblico, ma sono veramente 5 minuti a piedi.”

“Staff were welcoming and attended to all our needs. Throughout our stay my disabilities were considered and catered for. Thorough emergency planning also. Breakfast staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was well stocked, variety of choices for everyone including our dietary requirements. Requests for extra bedding due to disability catered for. Room was clean and well furnished. “Camera confortevole, non molto grande, ma buona per pochi giorni. La pulizia non era stata fatta alla perfezione al nostro arrivo, in più il frigo non era funzionante, ma dopo la nostra segnalazione è stato riparato. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno.”

“In contrapposizione alla gentile professionalità di un giovane addetto alla registrazione oltre che al servizio del locale annesso all'albergo siamo imbattutti in un comportamento perlopiù scostante del restante personale: l'addetto al pub,della prima sera, ci ha addirittura negato la possibilitò di cenare al nostro arrivo benchè, secondo quanto comunicatoci al momento del nostro arrivo, fossimo ancora nei limiti dell'orario previsto dall'hotel e che ancora ci fossero avventori ai...
