Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . I initially booked for a week but extended to 3 weeks here bcs I rate it so highly ”

“The hotel should definitely need a renovation internally, but the quality of the sevice is very good, the staff is very friendly and the location is good if you go to jakarta for work (out of the central area close to the airport and the north industrial area). “Esperienza straordinaria. Camera (Deluxe) al massimo del comfort, completa di tutti gli accessori, con un letto enorme e comodissimo. Personale impeccabile, sempre disponibile e cortese. Ristoranti della struttura molto buoni, se proprio non bastassero ce ne sono di ottimi a brevissima distanza intorno. La colazione migliore che un hotel mi abbia mai messo a disposizione, peraltro. Tornerei a Jakarta solo per soggiornare qui.”

“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”

“very good hotel located in the Central Park area, quite central in Jakarta, next to a very nice mall with plenty of opportunities for eating, shopping, etc. Room was quite spacious, but with limited space in wardrobe, a working desk right underneath TV that impaired the vision, lousy window view (facing a residential building). Cleaning of room to be improved (I threw away a pair of socket the first night and found one the following afternoon after room service...). comfortable bed, linen and...

“Excellent location with large rooms that can accommodate families! Loved the 3 bedroom apartment that had a separate helper’s room. Breakfast was great with a semi buffet approach, staff were helpful especially the concierge team who were very helpful with coordinating deliveries for us. The rooms were comfortable with great beds and pillows. The only downside was the age of the rooms and the lack of usb charging ports, definitely something for management to consider installing. ”
