“Was very happy with my stay”

“Everything about our stay was great except for the fact that one of the reasons that we chose the hotel was because it had a pool. We weren't given any warning that the pool was closed for maintenance, otherwise we would have stayed someplace else. We paid full rate for our stay but we weren't given all of the amenities that were promised and that was disappointing.”

“Average hotel for the price, however confortable, good bed. The hotel is along a road and there is no side walk, even to get to next restaurant half mile away you need to drive. The kitchen was without any equipment, not even a fork let alone pans however I could get a couple of things from the desk (very polite people)”

“Was excited to stay with the family based on the pictures. Then when we arrived the condition of the hotel was in dissaray. Took a while to get checked in due to people coming up to front desk with issues with toilet or room condition. When we got to our room there was cobwebs in the ceiling, the outlet covers were destroyed, the windows in hall were broken covered with a tarp, and the remote was missing. “The rooms are not carpeted, so slippers are a good idea. This also contributed to more noise above us. The room was not as cozy and spacious, as I'm used to, but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast options were great. Something for every taste. I needed to use the hotspot on my phone to connect my iPad. It could be because it is a bit older. My daughter has a newer version, and she had no problems.”

“Checked in for a night after driving for 8 hours. But ac wasn't working for whatever thermostat settings. Thermostat display was too bright dazzling disturbing to eyes. So I had to keep one light on the whole night. Morning even worse. A dirty shower mat/towel was on the shower floor. I didn't see that in the night since it was behind the shower curtain.
