No bath towels in the room, called and was told someone would bring them to the room. had to go to front desk to get them. Asked to take paper plates and plastic ware back to room as the suite had no eating utensils. Was initially told no, after employee got manager was told ok. We did not take any. “When other hotels are offering free parking and free breakfasts, it's hard to get used to the policy where you have to pay for both. It would be FAR less irritating if they would just put those charges into the room rate so they aren't sticking it in your face. Of course, if they did that their room rates would be even higher than what they are. The room was comparable to other hotels in the area but with more road noise than I like to hear. I will not be back.”

“I only give 5 stars when the mattress is like a cloud from heaven. This place is great on all fronts, but the mattress is a normal good. The room layout is really cool and would be awesome if you had to hang out there to do a lot of work in the room.
