The staff were very friendly and accommodating...from the manger who changed our room to give us a tub instead of a shower...numerous staff who spoke to us...the ladies who set up the breakfast...everyone! The breakfast was the best I've ever experienced in any hotel I've ever stayed in. We were extremely pleased and would definitely would stay there again if our travels take us to Vienna.”

“Stanza molto rumorosa e con tv non funzionante. Quando ho chiesto di cambiare stanza mi hanno detto di no e che avrei dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo. La domenica il frigo ha smesso di funzionare e ho dovuto buttare via tutto il cibo che avevo. Non mi è stato proposto un refound”

“Everything in the property was old. A old Westigton House TV Old wall paper... Old carpet.. old lamps... There was a guy in the hallway a homeless man at 1am on Saturday when I came off the elevator of the 6th floor. The Manager first offered me a refund then she said she was not going to give me back my money. I will not be staying there again.”

“The hotel appeared clean and up to date. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. Only one elevator was working at the time of my stay. 24 hour shuttle to airport and close venues. (Must schedule ahead during certain hours.) Small restaurant on site. Good, low cost breakfast with hot and cold items onnthe buffet. I would stay here again, if in the area.”
