“Pickup at airport within 20 minutes. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable. What stood out above and beyond were the staffs commitment to the customer. From the first shuttle driver to the gal that has 2 sons all were cheerful and very friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel with these staff members. Love from Michigan and Wales. You guys rocked it out!!!!!!”

“When I checked in it took ten mins for the host to come out of the back room, he was annoyed to have to come out to check us in. The restaurant hours were not accurate.”

“Nice property. Poor signage at the roadway, which caused us to miss the turn into the lot. Also, kids running up & down hallway and slamming doors till midnight.”

“Room was completely outdated, and things like the bathroom were actually difficult to use. Note: You had to”step around the toilet to get into the shower”? Our door to our room was broken, we reported it immediately, but nothing was done. Much more than an inconvenience to me and my fiancé. I’m assuming all the rooms are the same (?), so it’s unlikely we will be returning to this property.”

“Stanza molto rumorosa e con tv non funzionante. Quando ho chiesto di cambiare stanza mi hanno detto di no e che avrei dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo. La domenica il frigo ha smesso di funzionare e ho dovuto buttare via tutto il cibo che avevo. Non mi è stato proposto un refound”

The atmosphere was loud, with one guest sitting next to us on a speakerphone call for his entire meal, and another family allowing their child to run wild while repeatedly saying 'no.' A little more enforcement of common courtesy would make breakfast much more enjoyable.”

“Large clean room with entire kitchen: stove, dishwasher, microwave, big refridgerator. Very helpful staff and free shuttle to and from airport. Loved the pool and fitness center.”
