“Nice and Clean ”

“Super staff, the Sheraton Mesa at Wrigleyville West has just gotten better and better since the pandemic. Everything is open and clean. ”

“Motel degli orrori!!! Scarafaggi, aria condizionata non funzionante o meglio funzionava ma i filtri uno era sporco intasato, l’altro era rotto e non è stato sostituito. Mi è stata proposto cambio stanza ma dopo aver visto le altre stanze che erano conciate peggio sono rimasto nella mia!! Sporcizia e cattivo odore ovunque, buchi sui muri, lenzuola macchiate e bucate!!! Insomma un’incubo…inoltre forniscono un solo asciugamano che deve servire per nani, viso e parti intime!!! Mi meraviglio di come...

“Loud construction sounds till late after midnight. Flippant fellow at the front desk, seemed to resent guests. Weird. Save yourself the trouble. Lots of other nicer, less expensive, places to stay in the ares TBH. ”

“I’m the type of person that I don’t like to complain because you never know the type of day that a person was having but my room really wasn’t that clean.when I moved back the sheets it’s like brown things on the sheets. Luckily, I brought a little blanket from home that I put down the elevator was broken.”

“We were pleased overall with the property and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Two concerns that we had were the inconvenience of the broken elevator especially with the number of kids and families in the lobby and lounge areas. Secondly we were most disappointed at the ongoing running and playing on each of the floors by the kids that were staying at the hotel. They continued to run through the building late into the evening when most people would be settling down in their rooms....
