Hotel vicino a Sloan Park - Phoenix

“Reeked like marijuana”

“.”

“First off, the managers was nice. That’s it. The employees were terribly rude. Our refrigerator was leaking, getting my Louie wet and food spoiled. Got moved to another room, after the employee was terribly rude, and asked us to bring all our belongings down at 1 in the morning and get the key. Then take it all back upstairs. Then cutting us off multiple times and not answering us after voicing our concerns. and then moved us to a room that was blocked, with no view, we were there for 4 days....

“Great staff”

“First room had one bed, reservation was for 2, smelled heavily of Marijuana, and was dirty. Went to get this corrected and the front desk person explained that she got my reservation mixed up with another one because she was having a prior conversation. Second room has 2 beds and smelled not as strongly. Sheets were dirty. Didn't look at anything else. 3rd try, two beds. Dirty sheets, one set of towels, sink, toilet, tub, every surface in that room was dirty. Even after buying my own cleaning...

“Very clean every day. My room was by the pool and the music wasn't too loud.”

“Charming!”

“The staff is always nice and helpful. The hotel is perfect in all its aspects, the rooftop is definitely worth a visit, the rooms are spacious and well-kept. Will go back for sure!”

“Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!”

“would not have breakfast there, housekeeping in rooms fair”

“Hotel molto grande e curato. Le stanze sono enormi e pulite. Ci sono tutti i comfort per un bel soggiorno. Non è nel centro di Phoenix, bensì a Mesa un quartiere distante mezz'ora.”
