“The service was minimal. TV stopped working at 9:30pm, it must have been the wi-fi. Tried calling front desk to report but “operator” call button did not work because I found out later the next morning, when the person at the front desk said that the kiosk takes over after 9pm. Unfortunately, the kiosk was also out of service. It left me with no solution. We paid for the amenities that don’t work and got terrible services. I would not recommend this hotel. Breakfast was not great and building...
