“First off, the managers was nice. That’s it. The employees were terribly rude. Our refrigerator was leaking, getting my Louie wet and food spoiled.
Got moved to another room, after the employee was terribly rude, and asked us to bring all our belongings down at 1 in the morning and get the key. Then take it all back upstairs. Then cutting us off multiple times and not answering us after voicing our concerns.
and then moved us to a room that was blocked, with no view, we were there for 4 days....

“We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Tempe for one night, and unfortunately, the experience was mediocre at best. The property is relatively new and appears to be well-maintained. Parking was convenient, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, the room itself left quite a bit to be desired. “I have stayed at this property 6 or 7 times in the last few years and everything has always been very good. Everything was good but two days before our departure, I found a finger size strip of latex white paint on the driver side of the rental car. I was parked in an area that only had the passenger side accesible to other vehicles, the drivers side was next to trees. I asked at the front desk yesterday and today and I was told that no one had complained or mentioned it. I would like someone...
