“Breakfast was great”

“From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel like we were the only guests there. They were so wonderful and accommodating. Literally the only reason I did not give this place a five-star is because their pillows were absolutely terrible LOL I know that sounds so petty but it was like sleeping without one would have been better. The room, in the bed, everything else in the place was top-notch. The staff would send us a message every day asking us how things were going and if there was...

“The breakfast restaurant was never open for breakfast or dinner. The coffee bar was not open over the weekend. Room was a bit over priced compared to other similar properties. Regarding staff, from check in to adding an additional night to my stay the staff was awesome. ”

“False fire alarm went off at midnight interrupting my sleep when I had to be up at 5am, the alarm went on for over 1 1/2 hour. Ongoing constrution. Do not stay here the hotel is falling apart with water damage.”

“We liked the price! It was affordable and it was a Suite. Pool was nice. Lost more clean towels TV could have been bigger, Building could use a face lift. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you”

“Destination fee is charged daily. Only valet at the hotel. Location was perfect for walking to ASU and area restaurants were easily accessible”

“Amazing hotel and staff. Right next to ASU campus. Beautiful sunrise hike right out the front door. And the number and variety of restaurants and bars made this one of favorites. ”

“Don't assume if you've had a great experience at another Graduate hotel that the one in Tempe will stack up. If I had to guess it was an old rundown motel that they tried to skin as a "graduate style" hotel—but the result was just a tired, old, fairly ugly hotel in a relatively undesirable spot in Tempe. Not saying there isn't a place for this type of hotel, but it certainly does not live up to the line of Graduate hotels I've experienced, including the neighboring one in Tucson, which is...
