I stayed here again cause it’s very affordable and clean. Had to call the motel 6 customer service when I stayed there in May”

“It was a disappointing stay at this Marriott. It does not live up to the standards you expect from Marriott. The property and rooms are out dated. Cleanliness is the main reason I choose Marriott and this location was... lacking to say it nicely. Our room was not ready when we arrived after 3pm and had to wait an hour to get our keys, then we did not receive the room I selected when placing the reservation. “The bed was absolutely horrendous. Not comfortable, barely stayed 10 hours. Noise was unbearable. Elevator kept opening. I wont be back which is unfortunate because initially it was wonderful. I will be demanding a refund.”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Camera ampia e in pochi minuti di auto si raggiunge il centro di Naperville, con tanti negozi e ristoranti di qualità, molto meglio della periferia di Chicago(zona Cicero).”

“The person who checked us in was very helpful. We did not have any body wash in our room and it took two days and several times for us to ask for it to be delivered.
