“This place is great at cleanliness. That’s the issue here. If I leave a bad comment, the property manager will probably not let stay there again so I’ll save that story for the date it happened. I stayed here again cause it’s very affordable and clean. Had to call the motel 6 customer service when I stayed there in May”

“This hotel is very dated, dirty, and in disrepair. I asked to switch rooms because the room smelled like mold. But after moving to a different one I realized this is just how the hotel smells. I would have left then but had no place to go and was too tired to make the drive home.”

“It was a disappointing stay at this Marriott. It does not live up to the standards you expect from Marriott. The property and rooms are out dated. Our room was not ready when we arrived after 3pm and had to wait an hour to get our keys, then we did not receive the room I selected when placing the reservation. “Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“The bed was absolutely horrendous. Not comfortable, barely stayed 10 hours. Noise was unbearable. Elevator kept opening. I wont be back which is unfortunate because initially it was wonderful. I will be demanding a refund.”

“The person who checked us in was very helpful. We did not have any body wash in our room and it took two days and several times for us to ask for it to be delivered. One day we came back and the room had not been cleaned and the towels hadn’t been changed out. Front desk was very helpful then. Breakfast omelettes were great, the rest of the food was fair.”
