“Everything”

“This hotel is very dated, dirty, and in disrepair. I asked to switch rooms because the room smelled like mold. But after moving to a different one I realized this is just how the hotel smells. I would have left then but had no place to go and was too tired to make the drive home.”

“The bed was absolutely horrendous. Not comfortable, barely stayed 10 hours. Noise was unbearable. Elevator kept opening. I wont be back which is unfortunate because initially it was wonderful. I will be demanding a refund.”

“The room was incredibly small and the sofa bed was not sleep able at all! I’ve been to many hotels and assumed more would be offered!”

“The person who checked us in was very helpful. We did not have any body wash in our room and it took two days and several times for us to ask for it to be delivered. One day we came back and the room had not been cleaned and the towels hadn’t been changed out. Front desk was very helpful then. Breakfast omelettes were great, the rest of the food was fair.”

“It was a disappointing stay at this Marriott. It does not live up to the standards you expect from Marriott. The property and rooms are out dated. “Pavimento appiccicoso in camera dove non c'é la moquette , scarafaggi sui mobili, cimice morta sotto il letto, se ti serve un asciugamano pulito devi richiederlo alla reception (lo prendono da un cassone dove sono riposti alla rinfusa) . Avendo richiesto (mostrando le foto dei scarafaggi) l'intervento di qulcuno mi honno detto che non avevano personale per le pulizie e in alternativa ci hanno proposto un'altra camera che odorava da pesce fritto. “The bathtub was dirty but I cleaned it out myself.”

“A positive thing was the staff, they are incredibly helpful and quite nice. However the rooms are not cleaned very well, positive is there is no bugs at this place. However like I said a bit too dirty for me. That said I would feel comfortable being here for a night but anything longer than that is pushing it. Also the lock was barely holding on.”
