“The staff at this hotel need some basic customer service training. Young girl wearing glasses on reception continued working on her computer while we waited for a simple greeting and you could tell it was an effort for her to check us in. The lady with henna tattoos on departure was also rude and unfriendly. Hotel otherwise was nice. ”

“We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with twin beds in 1 room and whilst the hotel was agreeable to splitting a bed, it took over 24 hours to happen.
The patio had all services on it (hot water system and 2 aircon motors, 1 of which was not for this room), and the aircon drain was direct onto the patio floor, so you could not use the patio except to stand in the middle of it on a mat that was placed on it for water reasons.
The apartment was advertised to have aircon, but it was in the loungeroom...

“Shift staff not helpful n even cause nuisance to guest travel from far . After payment made, they will treat u like disposable commodity. A middle eastern front worker even question my receipt from hotel.com even though it is clearly shown paid with receipt details. What a joke . He just want to test my patience with lots of tricks jjust to make me find another motel after payment made. What a shame.
