Hotel vicino a Citizens Bank - Nashville

“Front desk accidentally charged me $1050 in pending charges instead of $450. I brought it to their attention and they said it would take 10 days to clear. Then charged me $30 over my total bill upon checkout. And then when I checked my Hilton account online, it looks like they charged me another $30 on top of the $30 extra checkout charge, exceeding amount of total bill stated upon check in. I will need to take this up with their front desk again! I am very frustrated with their lack of...

“This is a nice hotel that is in reasonable shape. However, service was slow and ooor, from reception to general service. Also no coffee machines in rooms?? First “luxury” hotel I have stayed in that has no in-room coffee. Would definitely not go back.”

“Property is perfect because it has a full kitchen so all the good food that you can’t finish can be put in the refrigerator and warmed up later. It’s also right by a Publix so you can buy groceries. It’s also in walking distance to all that is going on in Nashville. ”

“Person at front desk coming in and out saw me struggling with my bags and ignored me. It was horrible I was moving my kid out of college so it was substantial. Offer something - a rack. Come on. ”

“Definitely a unique hotel experience that I'd do again. Loved my room- clean, inviting, and a kitchen to boot! It was perfect for my overnight stay. The hotel was conveniently located for my visit. There was a bit of confusion though when one set of documents stated that I'd get an access code 48 hours before my arrival, but when I text the same day I was told I'd get my access code the same day 30 minutes before my check-in. I'd book with them again if I'm in that area of Nashville for a trip....

“This hotel is in a wonderful location and the rooms and staff were nice. Currently, there is a fair amount of the hotel is under renovations. The front outdoor patios and pool/rooftop were closed. While not a big deal and we had a fantastic stay, it should have been disclosed when booked. We'll definitely be back...when all finished”
