“The front desk staff were quite rude when asked basic questions. The room i had, 817, was in horrible condition. floors were dirty, toilet paper holder was haphazardly hung on the wall and fell off during my stay. I wont be coming back as there are plenty of options in that area to stay and get a higher quality of service. The only bright point was the bartender. The food was good and the service was what I expect from a Hilton hotel.”

“the carpet was really in need of a good cleaning, I have cold feet, so was wearing white socks while in the room, the bottoms of them were filthy looking. too bad, otherwise, things looked clean, breakfast offering was marvelous, shower was great. but they do need to do something with that carpeting.”

“Everything about the stay was great. The only problem we had was it took the water about 10 minutes to start getting hot for some reason. After that everything was fine.”
