“The staff is fantastic! Super helpful. Especially the bell & valet teams. We also had a wonderful server at the restaurant and the Starbucks crew was super nice. The front desk was very busy so it felt a teeny bit rushed-but understandably so. They were also very nice as well. We do love staying here at Casa Monica, but think it needs some updates. The pillows were super flat and the mattress didn’t feel as luxe as it would seem to be considering this is one of the nicest hotels in St Augustine.”
