“The room was clean and good. The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc. I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day. “Bed linen was clean but there was no base on the bed so the matress sagged. Clothes dryer was in bad state - didn't dry clothes and was incredibly noisy. No on site check in - which was advertised on the booking app. Ok if you just need a place to sleep. ”

“Check in was difficult due to procedure with a form even thou you are prepaid for after hours check in this had to be done, so we had to physical go to the property to do this, we were in the area and had to drive quite a way to do this before the closed at 3pm, we arrived no one was at reception but open after a wait a lady came we did check in and then our room wasn't ready, so we got the keys and left. We stayed 2 nights but the first night didn't get to our room until early evening and out...
