“Quest Palmerston is an amazing place to stay (especially if you have a dog). The rooms are immaculately clean, the staff are wonderful and very helpful and the location is close to everything you could possibly need in walking distance. The stand out is the level of care the staff give their guests. Not only was I able to extend multiple times and requested late check out, nothing was a problem for them. “My room was appauling, smelly & stains all over the carpet. I paid for breakfast on Expedia & had to pay again! My room key didnt work on arrival. ”

“Hallways outdated and smell damp. Room’s smelt damp too. Unsure if aircon needs flushed? Shower drain may need cleared as the bathroom floor basically floods with water very quickly. Room bins also weren’t emptied, had previous guest luggage tags still there, just places doubt on everything else. Bed was comfy, staff were lovely. ”

“Quite old hotel and room, with carpet floors. Location right on the beachfront with scenic pool. Hotel connected to casino. In the morning you are obliged to have breakfast at hotel (20$ for continental), as no other options around. Need a taxi to reach city centre. Will probably choose other option next time”
