“The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business. “Welcoming and helpful friendly staff. The cabin was great but because there's no heaters in the bedrooms, we had to sleep with our clothes on, so if you close the bedroom doors, you will freeze in winter!”

“Chose to stay here for a birthday getaway for myself from the city. The place was great. Clean, comfortable, nice, quiet and peaceful. You can roam the property and collect some eggs from the chickens if you wish. Breakfast was provided for the first day. The owner, Elizabeth, did check in as there was a big storm, to make sure i was comfortable and warm enough, which was a nice thought. Definitely would come and stay again.”

“Room was rather pokey and the entry system rather tricky. Once we found a staff member at the sister motel some distance away all went smoothly. Vanity basin is in the bedroom, no toaster and no table.”
