“I had a fully paid reservation, and at check-in I was asked to provide a credit card for the security deposit, which is perfectly understandable. However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal. The issue was clearly not with my cards, but with the hotel’s payment system. “This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time everything was great. This time though, the room had cigarette strong smell while it was a smoke free room. We asked for change of room and got another room immediately. However, the bathroom area had a very musty damp smell. Don't think the ventilation system in the bathroom was working at all. We didn't want to do another room change so we stayed in there. Told the staff as we checked out. Hope they would look into it. All the staff...
