“The room was clean but lacked amenities, Shower gel dispenser was empty, had to request they fill it. Cotton swabs never replenished. Service was not very friendly. Breakfast was horrible, worst breakfast I have had at a suposably FIVE STAR HOTEL. I would rate this a THREE stars hotel. “I was disappointed as the website was a bit misleading as far as “two restaurants: They have a buffet in the lobby for am breakfast, and the other was a walk in area with snacks. ”

“It was a beautiful hotel inside, however the pool was pretty dirty (with a pool guy sitting out there monitoring but not cleaning anything). The beach area had a lot of garbage floating in the bay that was yucky. And it’s on the water but not like you would think..it has a drop off of rocks then water. It’s not like a sandy beach you can walk out to. Outdoor seating and bon fires were nice.”

“The door to the bathroom couldn't close but everything else was working normally, everything was mostly clean but there was a little stain on the pillow and one of the towels but it was no big problem to me also it was very comfortable in the bed. I would recommend staying here to a friend.”
