“We used the vallet service for our vehicle...cost a littlenover 114 bucks for 3 days....totally worth it. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, always there to assist if needed and always pleasant. This place is old, so dont expect anything different. That being said, the reno that they have done is classy and comfortable. The old school esthetics is why we stayed here. Close to everything, the only annoyance we had was the amount of bums, begging everywhere. Clean that up Cleveland...no...

“Valet parking was well worth the $60 to just hand over the keys and not worry about parking in a deck somewhere. We were across the street from the entrance for Rocket fieldhouse. Walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Mabel's BBQ! The room was clean and modern. Very friendly staff. Keycard entrance after hours so no one that shouldn't be there is wandering in. Very great experience! Highly recommend!”

“Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno al residence inn, personale accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile. La camera grande e spaziosa, letto comodo, con salotto e cucina, bagno grande. Ero al secondo piano vicino alla sala colazione, mai sentito rumore di traffico in strada e nemmeno dalle stanze accanto. Wi fi ottimo. Di fronte al Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, a 10 minuti a piedi da Huntington Convention Center. Si trova vicino a numerosi ristoranti, alla stazione del treno Tower City...

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. We definitely enjoyed the bars and restaurants in the area. We took Uber to several places out of the area so we could enjoy more of Cleveland. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay.”
