“Had an overall great stay! Very clean and nice staff. The only thing that’s negative worth mentioning was that it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower and the tub. And after the hot water was running in the tub there was no way to get the cold water running. Except for this, a comfy bed and nice breakfast made this a nice stop along the way. ”

What they lacked was not informing that one slide-door of the shower box was broken. Unfortunately I only found out about the problem when I already was in the shower box and managed somehow to close it. When I noticed the problem to the staff, I was told the they were aware of the problem but 1. I was given the room anyway and 2. nobody has thought to tell me about the...

Il check in è legato agli orari di quest'ultimo, ma noi abbiamo avvisato del ritardo e sono venuti a consegnarci le chiavi senza problemi. La camera era molto grande e accogliente. Letto comodo e ampio, asciugacapelli, Tv e colazione molto abbondante.”

“Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting”

“Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was well equiped with tea, coffee, biscuits etc. At midnight we couldn’t get to sleep in room 5 as a dog was constantly barking in the kennels at the Police office outside our room. Colin at reception immediately moved my wife and I to the opposite side of the hotel and all was well. Hotel was clean, warm and tidy and we enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning which there was plenty to choose from. I would certainly recommend it as it is...
