Second the restaurant offer good breakfast and delicious dinner which exceeds my expectations, especially the hotel is inside the nation park area. Last but not least, the helpful and friendly staff. “We’re staying in Deluxe cabin for 4, there is not hot water in both washrooms and kitchen. We found out at 5pm, which the reception was closed. We ran to reception and asked for help, a staff called their boss, and they offered us another room. It was disastrous to worry about having no hot water in such cold weather, and we were exhausted to ran back and forth between cabin and reception, as our house is quite far from the reception. I expect our room was ready and being checked, before...

“Breakfast was above excellent. It lacks absolutely nothing. The hotel and room are clean and well updated. The front desk staff was also very friendly. The parking situation (in my opinion) is subpar. There is no option for free self parking. You either have to pay an outrageous $25/night for valet or pay city rates for off site parking. Please reduce the price of parking on site (whether it's valet or self park) to make it more reasonable and realistic.”
