“I booked for a friend He’s entering rehab Tried to cancel it but got informed that you cancel it but not getting no refund given plenty of notice The lady was rude and then she booked the room out again to someone else now they received double the rate Do not stay here it’s terrible the staff are disgusteing ”

The room was well maintained, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was exceptional; friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. Communication was smooth from check-in to check-out, and they were always happy to help with recommendations and any questions I had. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here...

“There was an exhaust fan in the bathroom that was apparently on a timer that didn’t turn off so no sleep for us at all. No wine glasses in the room apparently you have to ask for them at the bar downstairs? No pen to fill out the feedback for the room and the buffet breakfast was awful it was cold”
