“Everything was excellent, only issue was there was a private function on and we were informed the bar would be closed to us after 9pm on the second night! First time ever this has happened and we have stayed in multiple hotels! Guests in the hotel shouldn’t be refused access to the bar at all. ”

“Un po' fuori mano, anche se e' vicino alla Motorway. Un po' difficile da trovare perche' e' da poco inserito nel circuito Best Western. Comunque la posizione e l'ambiente e' tranquillo ed in mezzo al verde. Pulizia buona. Per i servizi, la cucina ha molti limiti. Il servizio e' stato ottimo. Pernottamento settembre 2009.”

“Good food in the garden, nice to see the rooms ( or the one I dad) had been renovated. It's a great place and I stay about 6 times a year, some of the rooms were looking and feeling tired so fingers crossed they are now spending some money on the place. Service and food always been spot on.”

“The issue with check in was that the printer was down? We, along with another guest had to wait around 20+ minutes not knowing what was happening.
The receptionist offered what seemed to be a complimentary drink. We had a beer but then another staff member asked for payment. We paid to avoid an issue.
Everything else was really good and dog friendly also, would stay again when visiting family in Bristol. ”
