“An old fashioned coaching inn with many excellent qualities.Staff young but very friendly and competent. Large bedroom, nice and clean and tidy. Bathroom a bit tired but excellent shower and endless hot water. Free Parking. Free WiFi. Opposite Tewkesbury Abbey. Many Restaurants and shops nearby. Very Good food in Restaurant. Reasonable Room Rates. Would certainly return!”

“If you like an old refurbished unconfortable labyrintic mulltilevel manor without elevator and far away from everything in a countryside land served with snaky hollowed roads, then you are in a perfect place. Hygiene? carpets everywhere ... ”

“Stunning building, beautifully decorated. Great location, right on the high street. Well equipped room. Firm mattress (perfect for us) but pillows were quite hard. Breakfast service was slow, full English was tasty, but could have been hotter, good continental choices, but tea was really weak (1 teabag in a full teapot!! ) All in all, a lovely stay, staff were friendly & we would definitely stay again. ”
