“Everything was good....staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms could use some updates. Our phone in the room was not even plugged in...no cord. ”

“The lady who helped us check in was phenomenal! Super sweet, and when I asked her for help with our air conditioning, we discovered it wasn’t working properly and she immediately offered to upgrade our room. 10/10 customer service from everyone here. ”

“The blinds in the room were broken Not enough light, needed another lamp or ceiling light Breakfast was average, waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes. Potatoes were cold, bacon was paper thin. Cleanliness was ok. Carpet was dirty in the room, shelf in the bathroom was sticky, hair in the towels.”

We were so tired that we just got rid of it and told the girl who was working the check-out desk in the morning. The elevator was working when we checked in, but was broken the next morning. Breakfast was just ok. We would probably not stay here again.”

“1 bed deluxe room was great for the price. Clean rooms and very quiet. My only issue was that the fridge once started making a loud noise during the night, but it went away eventually.”
