“The room was ok. Did its job for a quick one night stay. The shuttle was broken so we couldn’t take that to the casino. There was a lot of noise outside of the room through out the night. There was also a lot of ants. Had to throw out the cups and some of our food. I asked for a discount, but as of yet they did not give me one.”

“The pool was not in service. The breakfast floor was sticky to walk on. There were only two towels in a two queen bed room. The noise level was pretty extreme all around the first floor till about 1am. The coffee area in the lobby was scarce in supplies and the water was tepid. There was one gentleman checking 5 guests in which took some time. There is only milk in the am to use as creamer for coffee in the breakfast area. The showerhead in the bathroom was loose and needed a good cleaning. The...

“Great, clean and modern”

“Excellent except for noisy air conditioning unit. We woke up each time it turned on for several minutes. We will not rebook unless this noise nuisance is fixed.”

“Love to stay at the Inwood Hampton Inn! It's located right off of I81 - next to a gas station and a great little local sports bar - Ollie's. It's an easy all-in-one stop that is quite pleasant. Love the staff at the hotel - specially Kelsey!”

“We arrived late due to weather and traffic Approximately 12:40am. At 5:30am our smoke detector beeped non-stop as if the battery was dead Because of our exhaustion we did not want maintenance in our room to address it. While checking out I was told they could only offer a 30% discount on our next stay because we booked with you. They would send us an email. We will see. Meanwhile he stated that it happened in a few rooms last night”

“Clean room with a bonus jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was fresh and wonderful. Staff was super friendly. Price was great! Beds were very comfortable as well. ”
