“Just stayed one night on the way to Edinburgh and it was great! Our room (in the old school house behind the pub) was small but had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. We had dinner in the pub and the food was fantastic (and great "desert cocktail" too!) Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Excellent stop off!”

“We arrived very late in the evening about 9:30pm and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or more helpful. They recommended a local takeaway that delivered and allowed us to eat our food in the bar and have a drink. Our room was huge and very comfortable. We’ll definitely be back.”

“Yes, the room was very tidy, warm and comfortable, the staff were great, parking was easy, we never had breakfast we normally just have coffee first thing, dinner in the small dining room was good with good service, we have been there before, overall, everything on the doorstep, nice garden area and nice views of river and surroundings. Consiglierei solo un po' di manutenzione alle moquettes, tanto diffuse in UK ma appena cominciano ad essere "vissute" condizionano sul giudizio dell'aspetto generale dell'hotel. Comunque consigliatissimo e spero di ritornarci presto!”
