Motel a Coachella Valley

“Pool advertised, but empty. Kids disappointed.”

“Checking was difficult as hotel no front desk, everything is done online, enter the hotel was impossible as there are no signs, but a tiny gate with a digital pad that i could not make work, i got in through a side gate that was supposed to be locked as the hotel say it is very secured??? The pool was empty.... I canceled the reservation as i was very unhappy and I am still waiting for my refund. ”

“We stayed here on our short weekend getaway visiting Palm Springs in March for the Indian Well open. The proximity of the hotel to the greater Palm Springs area was perfect if you have a car which is a must. “The hotel (or motel) was really nice and even allowed us to check in two hours early, which gave me time to prepare for the Coachella event. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but after a fun night out, it didn’t bother me much. We did see a cockroach in the bathroom, which might be due to the ground floor location—understandable, but I hope that can be improved in the future.
