“My spare tire got stolen in the parking lot. The cable went out half the stay. Pool was out and had algae growing so couldn’t even use the hot tub because it smelled so bad. Qtips in the elevators for days, toothpaste out front for days. Breakfast was always empty and finding staff was near impossible.Was for my wedding and was embarrassing that this is where I brought my guests to”

“This is a great place but they don’t do housekeeping! We arrived for a four day stay and they told us they only do housekeeping very other day. That was okay. But we were there FOUR days and they performed NO housekeeping at all. One time, somebody came by with a cart of towels and gave us some clean towels. That was it.”

“Beautiful cozy room. The room was clean and the best was comfortable m. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We wanted to walk around on our check out day and they were kind to hold on to the chocolates I purchased so they wouldn’t melt while we were walking. The breakfast was delicious. My only small complaint is we were in the first floor room next to the dining area and could hear everything happening there from late night ice run to the morning breakfast prep. It wasn’t horrible just...

“This property is in a great location. Easy access to freeway that takes you to Rocky Mountain National park, scenic, drive in an hour. 10 minutes to Pearl St, 5 minutes to a Whole Foods. Small hotel. Nice!”

“One of the cleanest hotels i've been in. Has an indoor/outdoor pool and large hot tub. Amazing breakfast buffet and dinner buffet included and three cocktails each. Staff is super friendly! The manager walks around during meal time and chats with you to make sure everything is going good. This is now my go-to hotel when visiting the denver area. 🙂”

“This hotel is great! A little expensive but worth it! Clean, good breakfast, clean pool, afternoon social, bed was nice and the room was great! There’s a little plaza right next to it! They have a van that can take you around the hotel, over all real good!”
