“Room 113 was smelly, poorly cleaned, and had soiled pillows. There wasn’t a chair to sit in at the desk, so had to move the lounge and use that. A large light fixture over the lounge was not secured to the wall and looked as if it was about to fall. If it weren’t for other members of my party in other rooms at this hotel, I would’ve checked out and found another cleaner hotel to stay at. Pictures are available upon request. ”

“Convenient location. Quiet facility is clean. Staff is courteous rooms are comfortable and close to many eateries and things to do.”

“Perfect suite for my daughter and me while she was receiving medical treatment. The staff was very helpful. Everything you would need. I took advantage of the laundry facilities and the gym. Daily breakfast had numerous options. Amazing amount of places to sit and hang out. We are back in August. I’m looking forward to using the pool while we’re there.”

“The property is well located near the will village at cu boulder . The maintenance is so so and the overall structure is old. The cleaning is the aspect more important. The have carpet ( old one ) everywhere and need a deep cleaning. The air conditioner is noisy and when I reach my room (414 ) was unclean and full of dust!! My first hour in the room I spent to cleaning a spraying Lysol disinfectant. ”

“The rooms are big and comfortable, also clean. The room has a mini-kitchen with stove and fridge. However, there wasn't a single cup, pan or spoon. Nothing to do even a cup of coffee. I asked to the reception and they said they sometimes have them to lend but not available on those days. Also the building is very isolated, so finding a place for a coffee within a walking distance is impossible.”

“Beds were very comfortable and offered a variety of pillows. Front office staff was so friendly at check in. Dining area was very clean and offered a nice variety of breakfast items. Environment was very appealing~felt as if you were in a kitchen preparing your meal. Cleaning staff were very friendly! Parking spaces were very tight. The hotel is located behind a shopping center and very close to the Flatirons.”

“I requested an accessible room. Unfortunately the room was not wheel chair accessible. The doors were not wide enough. There was no support rails in the bathroom. The motel was being remodeled and I appreciate the fresh paint and update.”

“Room was nice and clean, staff was good. Morning continental breakfast had nothing but coffee and cereal, bread. Would be nice to have something hot, fruit. I look foward to a good breakfast”
