“The property is well located near the will village at cu boulder . The maintenance is so so and the overall structure is old. The cleaning is the aspect more important. The have carpet ( old one ) everywhere and need a deep cleaning. The air conditioner is noisy and when I reach my room (414 ) was unclean and full of dust!! My first hour in the room I spent to cleaning a spraying Lysol disinfectant. ”

“Room 113 was smelly, poorly cleaned, and had soiled pillows. There wasn’t a chair to sit in at the desk, so had to move the lounge and use that. A large light fixture over the lounge was not secured to the wall and looked as if it was about to fall. If it weren’t for other members of my party in other rooms at this hotel, I would’ve checked out and found another cleaner hotel to stay at. Pictures are available upon request. ”

“Do not stay here! The first room they lut us in looked like a crime scene or like a meth addict lived there. There was fire damage of some kind on back of the door, hair and stains on the pillows and bed, the closet was broken and had pen marks on it, and the odir in the room was nausea inducing! I cannot believe they would rent that room out. The front desk lady did move us to a better room, but she seemed lime she was mad that we asked and had an attitude. Just an awful experience.”

“Room was nice and clean, staff was good. Morning continental breakfast had nothing but coffee and cereal, bread. Would be nice to have something hot, fruit. I look foward to a good breakfast”

“Convenient location. Quiet facility is clean. Staff is courteous rooms are comfortable and close to many eateries and things to do.”

“Perfect suite for my daughter and me while she was receiving medical treatment. The staff was very helpful. Everything you would need. I took advantage of the laundry facilities and the gym. Daily breakfast had numerous options. Amazing amount of places to sit and hang out. We are back in August. I’m looking forward to using the pool while we’re there.”

“Adam at the front desk was the BEST and gave us the best view in the hotel for our stay. We were so thankful! We will highly recommend this hotel to all of our friends visiting the Denver area! Great location and great hospitality!”

“I requested an accessible room. Unfortunately the room was not wheel chair accessible. The doors were not wide enough. There was no support rails in the bathroom. The motel was being remodeled and I appreciate the fresh paint and update.”
