“The hotel was clean and the staff was very warm and welcoming. We loved the daily cookies and popcorn offered in the afternoon. Breakfast was yummy as well. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Decent one night stay. Check-in was quick and employee was friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area. It looked like there was new carpet throughout the building and recently updated somewhat. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable for a one night stay and good price point. Breakfast wasn't great but got the job done.”

“Looked ok by the photos but upon arriving, the location of this hotel was super sketchy, homeless people everywhere outside and did not feel safe for my family to stay at. Luckily Expedia was kind enough to help us cancel our reservation here and stay somewhere else!”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Angelique -she was amazing! Unfortunately, their got water heater wasn't working so we had COLD showers our entire stay. The carpets in the room and hallway were gross and desperately need shampooed or replaced with flooring other than carpet that does not hold smells!”

“Simply a great place to stay. Rooms are nice. Everything has been modernized. The new breakfast is great. Staff is wonderful. New fitness facility is a little small but equipment is all new and high quality. And the casino is now open 24 hours. When it works out that Charleston is a convenient place to stay, this is the only choice for me.”

“We stayed because we needed enough room for 5, that was good. The building is old and alittle run down. First the door wouldn't open, we finally got it to open. We closed the door and needed something else from the car and the door wouldn't open. After several tries we finally got it open. The attendant had to come and take part of the threshold off the bottom of the door,so we could get in and out. I wouldn't stay there again.”

“The deposit double $50 to $100.00 their deposit refund policy is non—ist or hard to find my wife started her menstrual cycle while we were at the property and had an accident with one of the Towels which happened to be one of the towels that we had brought from home and left it in the floor with the other towels of the bathroom floor they kept our deposit Wife cleaned the room when we got there and cleaned the room when we left there was no damage. “The rooms we got bedding was clean ,carpet horrible. Was tokd breakfast was from 7 am - 9am. Rushed kids to eat only to find out it stay open til 10am . Breakfast was great Nice in and out hotel Pool nice”

“We chose this hotel because it had 2 treadmills. We arrived and 1 was broken. No one knew why or any idea when it would be fixed. More importantly no one cared. Had to spend extra money at planet fitness. Nobody cared.”
