“Lovely house on a wooded lot - perfect place to call home for a few days while we were in Knoxville!”

“This is definitely a solid rental choice. Nothing fancy but completely adequate with a great location. Beds were comfortable. It is clear that it is run by a rental agency rather than a private owner as evidenced by some lacking personal touches such as hand soap and other toiletries, but for a last minute rental, I have no real complaints. “The sub division is crowded but despite that it was a pretty quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again. Cayce was very attentive even though she was out of town. That's plus in our book.”

“This is a very nice place to stay. It's quite and peaceful and located out in the country. It's quite a bit away from town but the drive is nice and scenic. The house was very clean, it had everything you need. It has a little jar of candy to enjoy as well. The bed was comfortable. We didn't cook or eat while we were there. We only slept there. My wife, son and I attended the Tennessee VOLS game and just needed some where to sleep. Will definitely stay here again.”

“We travled here with some youth from our church. Place was spacious and clean. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Rooms were clean and it had nice large common areas which was very nice. Host responded quickly to my questions before booking and made the process quick and easy.”

“Overall was a nice stay. Stayed two nights for a concert nearby. Very spacious and clean. Only giving 4 stars due to no ceiling fans in the rooms.Other than that great find for reasonable price !!”

“Hosts and house were fantastic! Lake was very peaceful. Fabulous property.”
