“Always great ”

“I think it's great for what you're paying for and if you're sleeping that's it. It also is in great location. I thought my room was clean! They also cleaned it again when I was out. I also likee that it was quiet”

“Parking was easy. Clean room. AC worked..only thing I would add is coffee available in the rooms!!”

“I smelled like smoke. The carpet felt icky the furniture was all scraped up or worn out like something happens in the room and the breakfast was peanut butte crackers granola bars and cereal. ”

“Do not fall for the "cash option" to get a better rate if there is a chance you have to check out early- you won't get a refund! The place was average for a cheap hotel- bed was comfortable, it could use another table, unless you want your dinner plate on your computer, but I had to check out 4 days early and was refused a refund for the cash I paid for the last week I was there. Beware!”

“On the good side, as usual, these hotels are always clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. My dislikes were that the ice machine on the second and third floor were not working. The bathroom chair was broken and left outside the tub. They were not helpful in guiding us to amenities in Knoxville. ”

“Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. ”

“The is a run down property that smells like a smoking convention being held daily at this property. The staff was friendly however the property itself is in desperate need of renovation. I will not be staying here in the future. ”
