“Everything was great. Location, rooms, cleanliness, amenities. However 2 downfalls: 1. The apartments are not services daily! Not even fixing the beds.
2. We had to pay for parking within the hotel during our day.

“The staff was helpful as we had a later check in. The place was more then we anticipated. We could of forgone the fancy motel that work booked for just myself and all stayed there as it could sleep 6. It was very clean, spacious and had wonderful appliances, amenities such as secured parking and very quiet and peaceful. ”

・リビングのタイルとクローゼットのある部屋のカーペットの境目に釘のようなものが出ていました踏むと足が切れそうな感じだったので、その場所は通らないように歩く必要があった
・バスルームにバスタブを拭きあげた様な汚れたタオルが2枚置いてあり、そのタオルを含めてバスタオル.フェイスタオル.ハンドタオルが各2枚づつだったので洗濯して使う必要があった
・キッチンの時計が止まってた
・包丁の切れが悪かった
・ハサミがあれば良かった
以上数点気になった点がありましたが、治安や立地の良さ.部屋の広さ.設備等どれも素晴らしく、とても快適に過ごせました。
またゴールドコースト滞在の際は宿泊させていただきたいです。”

“The one bedroom apartment was fantastic for 2. The bedroom and the living room both facing the ocean and with sliding doors. Bathroom with a one person jacuzzi was nice and big with two basins and a window where you could see the ocean through the bedroom. Staff was friendly. Both inside and outside swimming pools could have been a bit warmer to be used in the winter and the sauna was being serviced.”
