“The staff was wonderful from the moment I stepped through the door. The room was clean and the air was nice and cool. The breakfast was great as well. I would definitely come back here if I'm in town again.”

“In our room the carpet felt sticky, the wallpaper was coming apart at the corners, it smelt musky, the curtains would not stay closed, the bath tub had mold in spots and the paint on the tap was peeling. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never entered our room. We had to go get clean towels. The breakfast was just okay. There was a large dumpster out front of hotel with a big pile of junk next to it. The pool area needed cleaned, the water was murky and could have used a good cleaning also.”

“The property is undergoing new renovations. The rooms are spacious and upgraded. They’re very nice. The outside grounds are not the greatest. The property has so many potholes that are hazardous. This needs to be corrected. Immediately. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. It’s a good location.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable all the amenities we expected. The only sour note was the breakfast we had purchased as part of our stay. The breakfast was a Starbucks concession inside the hotel that provided a cup of coffee and a bagel or muffin. My husband ate a banana and was told he owed a dollar! We were given two separate rooms with one king bed each - we are a family of 5 including three teens. I don't know how this was expected to work, and I absolutely did not appreciate Anna arguing with me in the lobby on what the sleeping arrangements should be.
