“Rooms was clean and the location was this perfect for our needs.”

“It is an older motel, but the staff was great and the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast had a variety of options. I would definitely stày with them when in the areà. Also a shout out for DJ Dinner next door.”

“Reserved room with king size bed. Only had 2 double beds available. When we got in the room one of the double beds was already slept in. Still food and beverages in the refrigerator. Used wash cloth on bathroom counter. Toilet seat broken and I almost fell off the toilet. Told front desk clerk and she did not seem too concerned.”

“Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. “Not maintained, no body wash in the room, bathroom lock doesn't work. Good location and breakfast.”

“Room smelled like mildew 102. Hotel was overbooked so I couldn't switch rooms. Pool was closed and drained. Victor a manager gaslighted me when i brought up the smell. He had housekeeping spray the bed, air conditioner and room to cover up the smell. Floor wasn't laid correctly and I tripped over raised boards. Breakfast was descent. Some staff are nice. Name tags on employees would be nice.”
