Parkside at Wolfpen is perfect for game-day weekends, family gatherings, or a pet-friendly getaway, offering comfort, convenience, and easy access to Aggieland’s best attractions.

Aggieland Vacation Rentals requires guests to be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. As a locally owned and operated company, we give you peace of mind that your reservations are always protected and secure!

The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.

1.Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight on the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.

7. Pet Policy:Pets are only allowed in our pet-friendly properties with prior approval from both the Booking Agent and Homeowner. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in the yard, neighborhood, and nearby parks. Additional details can be found in the Pet Addendum.

8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.

11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. No grill onsite.

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper (1-2 in each bathroom), and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).

13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in a dumpster at the City of Bryan/College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed. For long term guest trash pickup is Thursday morning so please roll the dumpster to the end of the alley/Kalanchoe Wednesday evening.

14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.

16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damage caused by such failure.

Great stay in Aggieland

The house was very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes and the knives were surprisingly sharp. We particularly liked the lighted address sign at the back entrance and the motion detector at the back door. Close to campus and restaurants.

Quiet and Cozy Stay

We traveled through College Station for a few days and stayed at the Wolfpen duplex for a few days with our two young children. The house was clean and all the bedrooms were spacious. Had all the amenities needed for us even including a washer and dryer! Management team was responsive to questions and overall we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to the nearby park. Would stay here again, thank you!

George Strait Concert

Book this property for the concert because of location and cost was similar to hotels. We were about to have a duplex w full kitchen 3/2 for same price of hotel. We didn’t have to deal w walking to our car in parking lot, elevator, slamming hotel doors, and tiny rooms. I was worried we might be sharing a wall w a loud college kid, but weren’t. You didn’t even know someone lived next door. The decor was wonderful and even special touches w the paper towels and toilet paper. No one in front of your unit but there are some behind but seemed like all adults. Might be more college kids in the fall but didn’t see any in June. You can tell owner takes pride in the unit and thinks of all special touches. Highly recommend if you aren’t into busy hotels and are looking for a great location that’s quiet.

Great home away from home in Aggieland

We stayed here for graduation weekend and had a fabulous stay. The listing was very accurate, the hosts were easy to communicate with and the home was lovely and conveniently located. Often times you will find a listing that sleeps 6 but only has seating for 3, this is not one of them! There was enough room for us to gather together in the large living/dining room and celebrate our Aggie's accomplishments. I highly recommend this property for your stay in College Station.

Decent place to stay

The host and owner were quick to address any issues (the beds sagged due to slats but got resolved the following day). Aside from the beds, it was a comfortable and clean place to stay. We were all there for family so did not spend a lot of time in the duplex. Parking is around back and I don't recall if that was mentioned in the documentation. It isn't inconvenient, just nice to know. The amenities all worked, the hot water was very hot and got hot quick, which was nice too.
