“Rented 2 rooms for a 3 day stay. One room was missing a trash can, the microwave that was stated in the description that came with the room, and a towel bar near the tub. It wasn't a big deal, the other room we rented had all of these, so we shared a microwave and hung the towels on the hook on the bathroom door. “We were greeted by ‘Bow’ who made our arrival seamless. We travel with a Service Dog and my husband has mobility issues. She was very accommodating and made sure we had a quiet room. The night staff was equally friendly. I had very low expectations since we usually only stay at Marriott. This is the closest hotel to Dream Park and that was a huge benefit. So having a clean, pleasant place to rest was definitely a benefit.”

“The staff were super sweet and helpful. We had an issue with the card reader running low on battery. When we went back downstairs to let them know, the lady came upstairs with us after reassigning the card to the room and seeing up cards to another room just in case. “Property needs lots of updates and repairs. Room was clean but very basic. Bad carpenter work done everywhere. Keurig for coffee in the lobby area. Will not stay here again. Also will never suggest to others.”

“Such a lovely place! We had a nice, comfortable room and enjoyed the friendly staff. We loved the booklet in the room which included staff recommendations for restaurants and sites; that was a nice personal touch. Breakfast was excellent. The Landmark is an easy walk to the MLB Museum and other sites. Don’t hesitate to book it!”
