“Excellent customer service”

“Housekeeping woke us up at 8 AM talking in the hallway yet our room was never cleaned. ”

“Quiet room, clean bathroom and room. Very comfortable beds. Nice assortment of breakfast foods. Great coffee. When we checked in, the hotel rep recognized us from our previous staying early March. ”

“I would not go to this place. I travel all over and have had stayed at places that are listed good with generally good outcomes. This was on the verge of condemned and we were so tired from travel or we would have left. ”

“Place was quiet and convenient. Had a short stay but was comfortable. If you are sensitive, their cleaning products are pretty strong. It’s hard to air out your room due to windows that don’t open so I had to prop my door for a bit. ”

“The sink didn't drain for about an hour. The toilet didn't flush well. The floor was nasty. The staff were on their cell phones, in pajamas and not very attentive. The outside was VERY trashy and ghetto. Inside the room looked nice outside of everything else and the queen bed was comfortable. Overall, I will NOT be back. Nor would i suggest it to ANYONE. It was a last minute choice as i was passing through and needed somewhere to sleep. I learned my lesson. ”

“Free parking nearby. Close to all of downtown. Rooms were nice. Shower water pressure was phenomenal. Only downside was having to ask for a mini-fridge. ”

“We stayed two nights in a Jr. Suite, and it was lovely. Spacious and quiet, even though we were close to the elevator. We were pleased overall with our stay and also added on the breakfast buffet which was nice. ”

“Room was great, spacious, and clean. The housekeeping staff (especially Isabella) was superb and very friendly. The front desk staff was not great. Whenever we had questions or asked for items for our room, it was either answered with an attitude or a roll of the eye. The pool was freezing and apparently we were supposed to tell the staff 4 hours prior that we wanted to use it so it would be warm enough to use. The key cards do not work properly for the pool or fitness center. There's a little...
