Beautiful location. Nice rooms. Service is a hard miss. We did not have heat in our room the first night and it took forever to get that fixed. Asked for a roll away bed upon arrival and again the next day. It was never delivered. Walls are paper thin, could hear everything the neighbors were doing as if they were in our room. Food was just ok.

We stayed in the Casitas which are the luxury stores and it was one of the most pleasant experiences of my life! The room was gorgeous and immaculate, all of the staff was hospitable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Worth every penny guys, we highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved this resort! Everything was beautiful. I really enjoyed the thoughtfulness of all the amenities. They provide enormous towels, Molton Brown bath/shower/lotion, just so many little touches that made our experience so wonderful. We’ve stayed at many hotels/resorts all over the world but can honestly say this has been one of our favorites. Our neighbors were obnoxiously noisy our last night but that’s not the resorts fault. We can’t wait to return.

Couple Getaway
Such a great stay. Absolutely stunning views. Great room. Perfect for a romantic evening. Service was excellent and we really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast.

I liked the view from the main dining area but I will never choose a cottage again to stay because there was no view and no easy connection to the main part of the hotel

Dear Maria,Thank you for staying with us. We are delighted that you enjoyed the view from our resort however I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the cottage due to no view of the garden. We try our best to explain that our Cottage and Casita room, although beautiful and spacious do not have views of the garden.
