“Expedia would not allow me to change my plans. The website stook me in circles and the the wait times for phone calls was listed as over 1,045 minutes. The inflexibility cost me $250. Juding by the inability to contact Expedia to change plans while traveling or for anything else for that matter, they just lost a repeat customer. Their charge on my Visa will be disputed. Sad.”

“The room was serviceable and clean. Unfortunately the on site restaurant was closed due to water leak issues. ”

“Room was clean but no service to swap out towels all week. No cleaning staff when requested. Restaurant not open on time and closed early a couple times. The room smelled like dirty feet and had been cleaned poorly before we got there. Garbage on floor under edge of bed. Building is rundown amd needs upgraded ”
