“We booked at the last moment, and the room we were assigned was ready for us and clean. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful all time. It was very family friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a nice area of town, close to many food options and not too far from Fort Benning. If we come to Columbus again, we will definitely book here again ☺️. ”
“We would stay here again. The property was clean both inside and out. Pool was not as clean and clear as it could be. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and pillows were of plenty. Great location for visiting Ft. Benning. Breakfast was hot and fresh every morning. ”
“The staff was very friendly when I arrived. I had called ahead to let them know I was running late but would still be coming in. They were amazing and made the process easy... which is always a comfort from the Hilton Brand. We have decided to make this our regular visit in Columbus when we have to come for my son's doctor appointments. Also, my son said breakfast was chef's kiss which is high praise from him. All the way around a great experience. ”
“TV wasn't working called they answered and sent someone up and fixed the issue. Second issue day two of four the body Soap in the shower was empty and didn't get refilled. Called the Office didn't answer phone but left a message to have that done but it got missed and wasn't done. Overall stay was great noise was minimal, pool was nice the linens were cleaned and replaced towels as well. ”
