“The lady day shift manager was awesome. Help me out of a pickle that i created. Visiting my son at Fort Benning and forgot to take a item out of the car. Allowed me to check in a little early.”

“Great stay. Breakfast was good with great selections including eggs and sausage. Front Staff (Alexis) was excellent!”

“Room was clean and updated, staff was friendly. From the outside its nothing pretty, but room was nice. Heard alot of outside Nosie, area wasnt the best, but it was fine for a quick stay. We didnt take advantage of the continental breakfast, so no opinion on that. We arrived early and they let us check in early, which was a blessing. Close to stores, ice cream spot. ”

“The wifi absolutely does not work. My toilet seat was coming off and when I told the receptionist she looked annoyed and asked if I could fix it. I tried tightening the screws, but they're stripped. Ice machine was broken. There was a rip in the comforter and my foot kept going into it. But, room was mostly clean. Our socks turned a different color pretty fast from the floors. Pillows and beds were comfortable. Today was checkout and waited for 10mins for water in shower to warm up. Then gave up...

“...the gma.was very rude to me .....i had a leak in my first room I payed for ....and they eventually get me another room .but once I got into that room TV wasn't cutting on ...and I thought maybe it was plugged in so I moved it a little to see and the whole dresser ....fell apart on me she charged my card saying that I broke the stand and that ...it wasn't fixable ..when I decide to zomw ro check out she told me that they were able to put the ...dresser back together...and she ended up telling...

“NEVER STAY HERE. AS SOON AS I CHEKED IN THERE WAS NOONE AT THE FRONT DESK. THERE WAS A PHONE NUMBER LISTED TO CALL FOR ASSISTANCE. I CALLED AND SOMEONE CAME AND CHECKED ME IN. THEY GAVE ME THE ROOM WHICH WAS DIRTY. SO I WENT AT THE FRONT DESK AND COMPLAINED. THEN HE CHECKED AND GAVE ME NEW ROOM. WIFI IS LIKE NEVER EXISTED. ITS WAS VERY HARD TO USE INTERNET. I WAS CONNECTED THE NEXT DAY BUT THE PAGE TOOK FOREVER TO OPEN. WIFI WAS LIKE NON EXISTANT.THERE IS NO WIFI AT ALL.YOU JUST HAVE TO...

“The elevator went down. Plus I’m disabled was on the 4th floor. I had to walk up n down the stairs. I’m on oxygen the desk clerk last night may a joke about my disability. ”
